hi i am new to this site sobear with me.i would just like to say how helpful michele at HAER is when you have a problem.i have started babysitting by linda ravenscroft and i mislaid the symbols chart.she very kindly sen me this as a pdf file so i could carry on but not only thst but she went out of her way to help me find the correct version of the chart as i had an older version and everywhere else i tried just sent me the new version.needless to say i will be buying more charts from here in the future.keep up the good work everyone .
